The $1.99 48-Hour Pass sends your fax. Unless it’s cancelled within 48 hours, it continues as Faxly Standard at $19.99 every 4 weeks — that’s the charge most people ask about. Cancelling stops every further charge; your plan stays active until the end of what you’ve paid for.
Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
That is the first Faxly Standard charge when a pass continues, and every renewal after it. Your fax went the moment you ordered it, and the period of access is yours alone — there is nothing to give back. We don’t refund a cycle you forgot to cancel, unused time or pages, or the rest of a period you cancel, and asking doesn’t change that: every request is answered with this policy.
Pages that never arrive are never charged, and nothing here limits a right the law gives you that cannot be excluded.
