We’re the paperwork people.
Hospitals, courts, insurers, and government offices still run on fax — over a billion pages a year in the US alone. Faxly exists so that none of those pages ever again require a machine from 1987, a phone line, or a trip across town.
Because the fax didn’t die. Only the machine should.
Fax survives where documents carry legal weight: medical records, court filings, insurance claims, visa paperwork. A fax has something email never quite achieved — a confirmed, timestamped handshake with the other end.
What didn’t survive gracefully is the hardware: busy signals, jammed feeders, toner at 5 PM. Faxly started in 2021 with a simple brief — keep the legal handshake, delete the machine. Today that’s a two-minute job you can do from a phone in a waiting room.
Built for the front desk, not the server room.
Most of our customers aren’t technical, and never should have to be: clinic receptionists sending referrals, paralegals filing before a deadline, families handling one government form a year.
That shapes everything — big buttons, plain words, no jargon, a receipt for every page, and a human who answers email in minutes. If a step would confuse someone’s grandmother, we redesign the step.
Like certified mail, not email.
Your documents pass through our systems encrypted, exist only as long as delivery requires, and leave behind nothing but the receipt. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy — written to be read.
