Cookie Policy

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 12, 2026 · THEONLINESAASCOMPANY LLC

The short version

Two cookies, both essential: one keeps you signed in, one ties your uploads to your browser until you check out.No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no selling browsing data.No analytics trackers today — if we ever add usage statistics, they will be aggregated and privacy-friendly, and this policy will say so first.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them sparingly, and never to follow you around the internet.

02Essential cookies

Two cookies do this. faxly_session keeps you signed in: a signed, httpOnly cookie that expires after 30 days or when you sign out. faxly_draft ties the documents you upload to your browser until you check out, and expires after 7 days. Your in-progress fax itself — the recipient, cover page and contact details you have typed — is kept in your browser’s session storage, not a cookie, and disappears when the tab closes. The service cannot function without these, so they are always on.

03Preference cookies

We do not set any at the moment. If we add one — for example to remember your country code — it will only ever store the preference itself, and deleting it just means re-choosing next visit.

04Analytics

We run no analytics or tracking scripts today: no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no data sales. If we add usage statistics later, they will be aggregated and privacy-friendly, and this policy will be updated before they go live.

05Managing cookies

Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out. Questions: support@faxly.com.
